About Me

Hi, I'm Disha Mehta.

Public Health Professional · CAPM® · Certified MHFA Facilitator · Greater Toronto Area, Canada

I'm a public health professional passionate about community impact, empowerment, and advocacy. Through roles as Community Lead at ALS Canada, an addictions case manager and counsellor, a newcomer youth worker, and founder of Millennial's Career Hub, I've spent my career supporting people across their health, career, and cultural journeys.

HumanWell Consulting is where that work comes together. As a certified Mental Health First Aid facilitator, I deliver interactive, scenario-based training on mental health literacy and compassion fatigue, and I help organizations design, coordinate, and evaluate programs that hold up in the real world — with a strong emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and priority populations.
